Jackson Wyoming - Wyoming Mountain Biking

This week we bring you to Jackson Wyoming. While better known as the gateway to the Jackson Hole ski resort during the winter, and Yellowstone National Park during the summer, Jackson is also a great mountain bike destination.

What's so great about this town? Two words, "Grand Tetons" (you do the interpretation). Like the name implies, the Tetons rise dramatically from the valley floor to reveal equally dramatic views. It is the site of the The Grand Tetons National Park.

When the mountains rise, so do the trails, so be prepared to do some serious climbing when riding here. For a good introduction to the area, try the Cache Creek and Came Creek (pictured above) Trails. The two singletrack trails can be joined together to form an out-and-back ride, or can form a loop using road that starts and ends in town.
