World Cup #3 - Germany
It's becoming a familiar story. For the third consecutive weekend, Alison Sydor (Volvo-Cannondale) beat Julia Furtado (GT) to go three for three so far in this years World Cup season. Also for the third consecutive weekend, the men's field was dominated by the Europeans with Thomas Frischnecht (Ritchey) winning his second World Cup race.
Much like the first race in Portugal, Alison & Juli capped the most exciting race of the day by finishing in a sprint. With just a short distance to go Alison passed Juli for the win.
