World Cup Season Wraps Up In Hawaii
Giove wins downhill & comes from behind to take overall.
Honolulu, HawaiiNot to be upstaged by the NORBA's season finally, the World Cup unfolded it's own spectacular finish this past weekend in Honolulu Hawaii.
For the women, Missy Giove's first place finish, combined with Anne-Caroline Chausson's 4th place finish was just enough to give Missy the overall series win by three points.
For the men, John Tomac, while not in the race to begin with, showed his versatility by winning the event. The overall series went to defending champion Nicolas Vouilloz (GT) thanks to Tomi Misser's (Kona-Volvo) 40th place finish due to a fall in slippery conditions.
